Driveway repair – Fill potholes / use box blade to smooth out and remove ridge on sides, use ditch witch to trench on both sides of driveway and near Deb’s parking area, spread new stone over top. Box blade all around mare motel, dig out drainage pipe next to Einstein’s stall- both ends. Scrape grass growing out into driveway, spray with grass killer.
Fence repair – Replace or repair boards around the house backyard /Walk pasture fencing to replace all T-post caps, glue them back on /Note any fence repair or replacement needs / make note of areas needing welding repair
Building repair – secure seams for mare motel roof with screws / secure roof of both office buildings / replace panel on lean-to shed between RU 1 and RU 2 / repair wood shed behind paddocks at old RU office barn / repair or replace wood slats on the back of stalls in mare motel / build short wall to prevent sand from blowing sand out stalls on ends of mare motel (Lady’s stall)
Property – Fill dirt needed around all pasture troughs/ rental barn.Dig drainage ditch for outdoor arenas (trail arena and turn out next to road) on the road side to keep water from pooling after rain. Check tree by round pen for termite damage, trim lower branches of all large trees / trees near mailboxes.
