Volunteer Opportunities
Riding Unlimited offers many exciting volunteer opportunities. Whether you like working with children, schooling horses, or soliciting items for an auction, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We welcome individual volunteers or groups looking for a volunteer project. We also have many couples who volunteer together and parents who volunteer with their teenage children.

Charlie Wagner
Charlie is friends to all and enemies with none and that is hard to find in one individual. Charlie can do it all from pulling off a shoe that is just barely hanging on, repairing the facilities if in need, grooming and tacking some of our most stubborn mounts, and bringing a smile to everyone's faces. He is there in a pinch. One would find him working with new volunteers and showing them the ropes or lending a hand during mounting or in the arena when we are short. Charlie Wagner has a fantastic work ethic and lets it shine at all moments when at Riding Unlimited. He has riders that call him by name and even one that requests a hug from him. He is always ready to comply with the demands (larger and small) from our riders and horses. He may look kind of rugged on the outside but if you watch he will sneak a horse a scratch in one of their favorite spots or a treat if there happens to be one around. Charlie attends almost all of our extra activities and those staff meetings that we don't always want to know about. He is always at volunteer training and any one that has ever attended knows it's either scorching hot or freezing cold, but he never fails to show. He is a wonderful liaison between volunteers and instructors since we don't have x-ray eyes or even the ones in the back or our heads that we often wished we had. We are so proud of all the work Charlie Wagner has done with Riding Unlimited. Thanks, Charlie, you make a difference.
